1. Please check your shipping address for accuracy. For any reason a shipping address is incorrect, SHADY WEAR BOUTIQUE (SWB) will not change/update your address and this will result in order cancellation.
2. We currently use the United States Postal Service (USPS) standard first class and priority shipping. All orders are tracked and you can expect to receive tracking information via the email you provided within 3-5 days of processing your order and shipment.
3. Once your order has been dispatched from SWB, SWB accepts NO responsibility for the loss or damage to your package during transit. If there are any delays or concerns with your package once shipped, SWB is not liable, as we have no control once it is with the United States Postal Service. In this instance, please contact your local postal service with your tracking number that was provided from SWB via email when the package was processed and shipped.
4. It is the customers responsibility to track and process necessary claims with USPS. SWB is does NOT grant refunds on lost or stolen packages.
5. Orders will ship out within 3-5 business days of ordering. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time SWB can not be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe interruptions, weather, COVID restrictions, delayed transit, incorrect shipping address, "delivered" packages, "attempted delivery" and lost/damaged packages.
SWB DO NOT offer refunds, returns or exchanges at this time. No exception will be made as buyers are notified of the store policy upon checkout.
